The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in Polish and excellent English proficiency are required, along with a bachelor's degree in HR. This role involves supporting HR administrative processes and employee life-cycle management within a flexible and international environment.

As an HR Generalist you will be part of our European People Team and will mainly support our Global Business Services team (GBS), located in Szczecin, Poland and other teams if needed. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner and Payroll Specialist located in Poland and will report to the People Director Europe, located in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
The position is based at our modern office in the centre of Szczecin.
