Job summary

Sephora Poland is seeking an HRIS & Benefits Administration Specialist to support daily HR systems and manage benefits with an international scope. The role partners with HR, HRIS, and HRIT to deliver user-centric service and drive wellbeing initiatives.

You will handle incidents, test new HR tools, and create clear end-user documentation while ensuring effective communication of system changes across international teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish and English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS tools and incident handling.
• Ability to explain tech topics clearly to end users.
• Proactive team player with customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user support for HR systems as first point of contact.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with IT/vendors.
• Use ServiceNow to manage incidents and requests per SLAs.
• Contribute to projects implementing new HR tools and HRIS modernization.
• Create user guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
