Overview

Are you a people person? We\'re looking for a HR Specialist for Ekos, part of SAUR International, leader in water market. Role will be based in Poznan, Poland.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
  • Administer health and life insurance programs
  • Implement training and development plans
  • Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
  • Monitor budgets by department
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees
  • Help maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate with HQ on HR projects and initiatives
  • Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, performance reviews and training sessions
Qualifications
  • Diploma in HR, Psychology or Business Studies
  • Min. 3 years in an independent HR Specialist position
  • Experience of working with both White Collars (managers) and Blue Collars (manual workers)
  • Experience of working with logistics and transport (drivers) would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Polish labour law
  • Experience in preparing payroll
  • Qualities: assertiveness and self-confidence
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Polish native speaker
  • English level advanced
