Job Description

At Talan Poland, we are currently looking for a new team member to join our HR department as "HR Operations Specialist", reporting directly to the Head of People & Talent Development.

What will you be doing?

  • As HR Operations Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the main point of contact for HR-related administrative queries.
  • Managing and maintaining employee personnel files.
  • Handling absence and attendance records.
  • Maintaining accurate HRIS data (SuccessFactors - SAP).
  • Supporting payroll processes in collaboration with our local payroll provider.
  • Preparing new hire documents and employment contracts.
  • Organizing onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ensuring operational excellence and compliance in all HR transactions.
  • Supporting the implementation of new HR initiatives.
Qualifications

What are we looking for?

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Experience working in an international, matrix organization.
  • Strong command of Polish & English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HR systems – knowledge of SuccessFactors (SAP) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive mindset.
  • People-oriented with great communication skills and a teamwork attitude.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus

Languages:

  • Polish (native or bilingual level)
  • English (Proficient level)
  • Spanish (is a plus)
