The Role

As HR Operations Manager at Brighty, you'll be the operational backbone of our people function across 20+ countries. You'll own end-to-end HR processes — recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management — building scalable systems while ensuring exceptional employee experience in our fast-growing fintech.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment - screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers
  • Onboard new hires globally - prepare contracts, equipment, orientation, and conduct check-ins
  • Process monthly payroll with Finance team and administer benefits (health insurance, stock options, vacation)
  • Maintain employee records and prepare HR documentation in BambooHR
  • Ensure compliance with Polish labor law and regulations in other countries
  • Handle exit interviews and offboarding process
  • Serve as first contact for employee HR questions and support managers
  • Optimize HR systems and create reports for leadership
We're Looking For:
  • 3-5 years HR experience in tech/startup environment
  • Knowledge of Polish labor law
  • Experience with recruitment, payroll, and HR systems
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Strong organizational skills and remote work experience
Nice to Have:
  • HR certification, fintech background, multi-country experience
