At CELO POLSKA we are looking for an HR & Office Coordinator to provide comprehensive support in human resources management and administrative coordination at our Łódź office.

What will be your functions and responsibilities?

Human Resources Management:

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, organize interviews and candidate screening
  • Manage employee benefits (health insurance, sports cards, etc.)
  • Administer employee records, HR database and personnel files
  • Supervise staff attendance and prepare monthly reports
  • Organize training activities and employee onboarding/offboarding
  • Handle vacation and leave procedures
  • Collaborate on corporate ESG projects

Administrative and Environmental Coordination:

  • Office facilities supervision (maintenance, repairs, alarm systems)
  • Coordination with external environmental protection services
  • Manage medical inspections and local regulatory compliance
  • GDPR compliance and data security supervision
  • Support in quality management and environmental objectives
