What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR management, with at least 4 years in the manufacturing sector
  • High proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability in coaching and mentoring employees and managers
  • Experience in strategic HR planning and execution
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
  • Strong influencing skills to drive change and gain stakeholder buy-in
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
