Job summary

HEINEKEN Krakąw (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) is seeking a risk management professional to evaluate HR&E risk findings, assess severity, and develop mitigation plans across vendor operations with procurement teams and external stakeholders.

You will monitor compliance, document issues, validate due diligence scores, report results, and escalate risks as needed. Strong English, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for this one-year contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Social Science, Anthropology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Procurement, vendor management, or data fluency experience; HR&E risk management familiarity is a plus.
• Knowledge of Value Chain Due Diligence or CSDDD requirements.
• Project management certification.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of HR&E standards and regulations.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

• Evaluating Risk Screening Findings: Analysing risk data and alerts from the Prewave system and conducting additional investigation, where required, to identify potential HR&E risks.
• Assessing the severity and likelihood of identified risks and alerts to prioritise mitigation measures or escalations.

Developing and Administering Mitigation Plans

• Adopting and tweaking mitigation plans based on identified risks.
• Ensuring that mitigation plans are comprehensive and addressing all identified risks effectively.
• Sharing approved mitigation plans with HGP, OpCo procurement teams and external stakeholders.
• Providing clear instructions and guidelines on executing the mitigation plans.

Monitoring Compliance and Effectiveness of Mitigation Actions

• Tracking the implementation of mitigation plans to ensure compliance.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of mitigation measures and making adjustments as necessary.

Identifying, Documenting and Tracking Risk Findings/Issues

• Detecting and documenting risk findings, issues and incident alerts related to HR&E in vendor’s operations.
• Conducting detailed analysis of vendor practices to identify compliance with HR&E guidelines.
• Monitoring and evaluating, periodically, the risk performance of vendors, concerning HR&E standards.

Validation of Due Diligence Assessment Scores

• Verifying and assessing the Due Diligence scoring results for assigned vendors, including screening results & responses review and determination of necessary actions.
• Reviewing the assessment process and confirming that scores accurately reflect the vendor's risk profile.

Providing Updates on Monitoring Results

• Regularly communicating the results of risk monitoring activities to relevant stakeholders.
• Preparing detailed reports and presentations highlighting key findings and significant risks.

Escalating Issues as Needed

• Identifying and escalating any compliance issues or risks that cannot be mitigated at the operational level.
• Collaborating with senior management and relevant stakeholders to address escalated issues promptly.

Collaborating with Stakeholders

• Working closely with risk functions, local & global procurement teams, and other relevant departments.
• Facilitating regular meetings and communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.

Providing Training and Support

• Offering training and support to procurement teams and other relevant staff on risk mitigation processes and best practices.
• Developing training materials and resources to enhance understanding and compliance with risk mitigation requirements.

Continuous Improvement

• Identifying opportunities for improving the risk assessment and monitoring processes.
• Incorporating feedback and staying updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes.

You Are a Good Match If You Have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Social Science or Anthropology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Procurement, customer or vendor management experience, or related field and data fluency. Experience in HR&E risk management is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Value Chain Due Diligence or Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) requirements.
• Project management certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
