Group HR Coordinator

You are responsible for the administration of core HR processes

You will be collaborating closely with a skilled and experienced team of HR professionals and will manage core HR processes covering sites in DK and Poland. We drive an ambitious People Strategy to attract, retain and develop talent, develop an inclusive, international workplace, and support senior leaders in their daily operations. The foundation in our employee life cycle is our HR systems, primarily Success Factors, which you will be our operational expert within.

Location

The position is physically anchored in Szczecin.

Your role

In your role as HR Coordinator for the group, your tasks will be to:

  • Manage employee life cycle data in Success Factors
  • Handle contracts from signature to termination and archiving
  • Drive daily operations in HR; resolve inquires coming via mail or ticket system
  • Support the payroll process, reporting and audits
  • Assist across HR functions, including benefits, compliance, performance management and special projects as needed
About You

You have a strong quality mindset, an eye for detail, and you know what it takes to drive HR operations, including HR systems, end-2-end. You understand the importance of good housekeeping in HR systems, which makes you attentive to all steps in the HR administration process. You are driven to take good care of People Data. You will probably meet some of the requirements below:

  • 2-3 years of experience with HR Operations
  • Experience in HR-Systems, preferably SuccessFactors
  • A degree within Business Administration, preferably within HRM
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong skills in MS Office
  • A self-driven, accountable, and open person, who thrives in an environment where you are given a lot of responsibility
  • You take pride in supporting the organization
