Group HR Coordinator

You are responsible for the administration of core HR processes
You will be collaborating closely with a skilled and experienced team of HR professionals and will manage core HR processes covering sites in DK and Poland. We drive an ambitious People Strategy to attract, retain and develop talent, develop an inclusive, international workplace, and support senior leaders in their daily operations. The foundation in our employee life cycle is our HR systems, primarily Success Factors, which you will be our operational expert within.
The position is physically anchored in Szczecin.
In your role as HR Coordinator for the group, your tasks will be to:
You have a strong quality mindset, an eye for detail, and you know what it takes to drive HR operations, including HR systems, end-2-end. You understand the importance of good housekeeping in HR systems, which makes you attentive to all steps in the HR administration process. You are driven to take good care of People Data.
