As an HR Business Partner - Specialist reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will provide HR advice and support to managers in assigned Business Units.

How you create impact
  • Be the first point of contact, providing HR expertise and guidance to managers on HR matters
  • Implement recruitment processes and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Center
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support internal communication and employer branding projects
  • Prepare analysis and statistics for Business Units
  • Ensure employment practices comply with corporate guidelines and local legislation
  • Conduct internal meetings and training, fostering organizational culture and embodying company values
What we would like you to bring
  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist (knowledge of Polish labor law required)
  • Ability to translate business and HR strategies into practical solutions and engage decision makers
  • Professional and open communication style
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Native Polish speaker with good English skills
