As a HR Business Partner (m/f/d) at Flix, you will make an impact by providing a strategic HR support on all key people processes to leaders and managers across the Europe East business region.

The role is based in Warsaw and available immediately.

About the Role

  • Provide guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and career development.
  • Execute and oversee core HR processes such as onboarding, employee development, performance reviews, and merit cycles.
  • Support the business in achieving goals through workforce planning, organizational change, talent development, and strengthening company culture.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, stay current on employment legislation and HR best practices to minimize risk.
  • Drive a positive employee experience and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
  • Champion HR process improvements and digitization using tools like Workday, automation, and internal knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor HR KPIs and workforce metrics to identify trends, inform decisions, and recommend continuous improvements.

About You

  • 3+ years of work experience as HR Business Partner or People Partner role, preferably in a regional or international context
  • Good knowledge of labor law in at least one Eastern European country
  • Experience in advising and supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience in HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and compensation cycles
  • Data-driven approach with proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors); able to analyze metrics and turn insights into action
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders at various levels
  • Fluent in Polish & English is a must (written and spoken); additional Eastern European languages are a plus
