Job summary

Anpharm, część Grupy Servier, poszukuje doświadczonego HR Business Partnera, który będzie wspierał menedżerów i pracowników w Warszawie. Będziesz doradzać w sprawach HR i prowadzić działania z zakresu zmian organizacyjnych oraz rozwoju talentów.

Współpraca z zespołami HSE i Quality zapewni zgodność z przepisami i wysoką kulturą pracy. Wymagane min. 5 lat doświadczenia w roli HR BP, znajomość środowiska produkcyjnego i silne umiejętności analityczne.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role (min. 5 lat doświadczenia)
• Experience supporting leaders in manufacturing, industrial, pharmaceutical or FMCG environments (branża produkcyjna)
• Experience in change management and transformation projects is a strong advantage (doświadczenie w projectach zmian)

Responsibilities

• Budowanie partnerstwa z menedżerami i pracownikami oraz doradztwo w decyzjach HR
• Wspieranie inicjatyw zmiany organizacyjnej i rozwoju kultury wyników
• Dostarczanie rekomendacji opartych na danych w celu efektywności organizacyjnej
• Wspieranie liderów w zarządzaniu zmianą i rozwojem zespołów
• Współpraca z HSE i Quality w zakresie kultury bezpieczeństwa i zgodności
• Prowadzenie procesów HR: oceny, rekrutacja, rozwój
• Wkład w transformacje HR i ulepszenie procesów i doświadczeń pracowników

To support this journey, we are looking for an experienced and business-oriented HR Business Partner who will help shape our people agenda and contribute directly to the success of our transformation initiatives.

Your Mission

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. You will play a key role in strengthening leadership capability, driving performance culture, supporting organizational transformation, and developing talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership

• Partner with managers on people-related decisions and organizational challenges.
• Support organizational change management initiatives.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Support leaders in managing organizational change and team development.
• Build management capability through targeted HR interventions.
• Collaborating with HSE and Quality departments to promote and sustain a culture of safety, quality, and compliance across the organization.

Talent & Performance Management

• Drive key HR processes including Performance Review, People Review, Development Career Conversation, Recruitment
• Promote a culture of feedback, accountability and performance.

Employee Experience

• Act as a trusted partner for employees and managers.
• Support employee relations matters in line with labor law and company policies.

HR Projects & Transformation

• Participate in local and global HR projects.
• Support key transformation initiatives including organizational development, capability building and culture change.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.

  What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • Experience supporting leaders in a manufacturing, industrial, pharmaceutical or FMCG environment.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes.
  • Experience in change management and transformation projects is a strong advantage.
