YOUR ROLE

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage HR application system, keep candidate records up to date, and conduct initial pre-selection screening
  • Participate in interviews and provide input on candidate fit and potential
  • Handle workforce-related expenses, process invoices, and maintain accurate HR records
  • Maintain employee documents such as contracts, permits, etc.
  • Collaborate daily using Google Workspace, HR software, and Trello
  • Work closely with colleagues and candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering an inclusive environment

IF YOU ARE A PERSON WHO GAINED

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in an international, fast-growing software company
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and scale HR processes alongside business growth
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Positive, proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for helping people and teams succeed
