We’re inviting applications for a leadership role in our EMEA HR Admin team. This position oversees HR operations across a country cluster, including Data Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Tier 1 support. You’ll lead a team, ensure compliance, drive process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a regional HR Admin team across one country cluster
  • Act as SPOC for one HR workstream (DM, TA, TR, or CIC) across EMEA
  • Guide team performance, development, and engagement
  • Ensure service quality, compliance (GDPR), and process efficiency
  • Collaborate on large-scale projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications we seek in you!
  • Team leadership experience in HR operations (preferably Life Sciences)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving & time management skills
  • Fluent English, MS Office proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree
Preferred:
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow
  • Background in HRO or customer service
  • Process improvement mindset
