About the role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Słupsk. The person in this role will be responsible for recruitment, employment processes, and HR administration, ensuring smooth cooperation between employees, management, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes – from job posting and candidate selection to interviews and hiring decisions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment and temporary employment agencies.
  • Preparing, updating, and managing employee documentation and contracts.
  • Drafting and coordinating B2B and employment agreements in cooperation with the legal department.
  • Ensuring compliance with Polish labour and HR regulations.
  • Supporting employee lifecycle management – onboarding, documentation updates, and offboarding (including termination procedures).
  • Providing daily HR and administrative support to managers and team members.
  • Handling other HR-related duties as needed, depending on the company’s operational requirements.
  • Supervising permit and visa procedures
  • Preparing HR and labor service proposals
  • Verifying employees’ and B2B contractors’ working hours
  • Managing labor service contracts and ensuring proper documentation flow
  • Mitigating interpersonal issues and supporting a positive, respectful company culture
  • Organizing periodic HR reviews and assisting in performance or disciplinary discussions when needed
  • Performing other duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or personnel administration.
  • Fluent English (B2 level or higher) – required for daily communication.
  • Practical knowledge of labour law and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment will be an advantage.
