Qualifications

• Four-year combination of training, experience, and education in highway, bridge, and equipment repair and maintenance.
• At least one year of lead worker experience.
• Valid Class C license with the ability to obtain Class A within probation.
• Completion of the 30 hour OSHA Safety course in construction (20 CFR Part 1926).

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, supervise, and inspect a variety of maintenance projects.
• Keep administrative records and develop budgets and reports.
• Monitor materials and supplies and ensure proper safety precautions.
