Job description

For our client, we’re looking for someone to join the client's technical support team and assist B2B customers with IT issues. No need to be an expert – you’ll learn everything!

Your main tasks will include:
  1. Answering customer questions (resellers, IT partners)
  2. Logging and tracking support cases in our systems
  3. Helping solve software and network problems (with guidance)
  4. Supporting basic software/server setup
  5. Learning how to read and understand system logs
What You Should Bring:
  1. Good German (C1) and English (at least B2) – you’ll use both daily
  2. Basic understanding of IT or a strong interest in technology
  3. Willingness to learn about networks, software, and databases
  4. Communication skills and a positive attitude
Bonus if you have:
  1. Some experience with networking (Wi-Fi, routers, etc.)
  2. Knowledge of any programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript)
  3. Basic SQL or database knowledge
