Job summary

Ryanair Ltd. through Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services is seeking a Heavy Maintenance Resource Planner to join our hangar in Wroclaw.

You will create, monitor and develop manpower resources for heavy maintenance, and coordinate planning, facility and project activities to ensure timely checks of Boeing 737-800 fleet. Qualifications

• Planning/Project Management experience in the aeronautical sector is preferred.
• Strong MS Office literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexible to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Experience with Smartsheet and/or AMOS is advantageous.
• Experience in airline/maintenance planning with knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO and Part-145 is essential.

Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services is providing base maintenance of Boeing 737-800 aircraft for Ryanair, Europe biggest airline.Our highly trained and dedicated engineers are the driving force behind our industry leading safety record. Across out network, our skilled engineers conduct extensive checks on individual aircraft system, structures and components to ensure that all our aircraft continue to operate with the utmost efficiency and take our customers to their destinations on time.

A new exciting opportunity has arisen within the Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services. We are looking to hire a Heavy Maintenance Resource Planner in our hangar in Wroclaw.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Create, monitor, and develop manpower resource in heavy maintenance.
• Assist/manage planning, facility, and heavy maintenance projects.
• Monitor and update KPI reports.
• Liaise with customer Ryanair on check timelines and future planning Heavy Maintenance base capabilities.
• Assist the planning department team with updating and implementing new planning procedures and processes.
• Manage facility manpower ensuring facility is capable of completing all planned work.

Requirements

• Planning/Project Management experience/training related to aeronautical sector if possible.
• Full computer literacy with experience of Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
• Strong organizational, analytical & time management skills essential.
• Excellent communication skills and team working ability.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast changing environment.
• Previous experience using software package Smartsheet and/or AMOS advantageous but not essential.
• Preferably experience working in an airline or maintenance organisation in a planning role with detailed understanding of EASA Part-CAMO and Part-145 regulations essential.
