Google is seeking a Backend Software Engineer for Health Fitness Metrics in Poland. You will design robust data pipelines and APIs to process cardiovascular and activity data, ensuring data integrity across backend storage and user-facing applications.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in Java or 1 year with an advanced degree.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Research and Algorithm teams to translate fitness models into scalable backend code and validate against benchmarks.
• Design and build resilient, low-latency data processing pipelines and APIs.
• Collaborate with mobile engineers and product partners to provide accurate metrics and support testing strategies.
• Analyze backend data streams to identify anomalies or edge cases.
• Identify gaps in existing metrics pipelines and propose scalable solutions.
