Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you seeks an experienced Chief Insurance Leader in Prague to drive pricing, underwriting, and portfolio management with a strong product mindset.

You will lead profitability, risk management, and compliance across international group structures, guiding governance and strategic product development while collaborating with sales, IT, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in insurance pricing, underwriting, and portfolio management.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in product development and international environments.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Eastern European insurance markets is an advantage.
• Intermediate/advanced English with strong negotiation skills.
• Additional international language is preferred.
