Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks a senior leader to head the Structure Design & Integration Engineer team responsible for nacelle, pylon airframe product design, and propulsion system integration.

You will guide ~10 engineers, align with propulsion and customer expectations, and drive recruitment and upskilling efforts. The role emphasizes delivery on time and budget, collaboration with stakeholders, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment within Airbus Poland

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical/System Engineering or related discipline.
• Approximately 10 years in mechanical design or system integration.
• English: negotiation level.

Responsibilities

• Define team strategy and objectives aligned with Airbus Poland Engineering center and propulsion goals.
• Support and engage people through coaching, mentoring, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Develop team capabilities through resources, processes, methods and upskilling plans.
• Ensure delivery of team outputs on time, cost, quality and performance.
