Job summary

Haleon Brasil Ltda. is seeking a Head of Software Development Commercial Excellence to provide senior technical leadership across the assigned area and to lead a team of Senior Development Leads responsible for their teams' technical direction.

The role works with Product, Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Service Management to ensure development teams have the technical capability and standards to deliver safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Senior technical credibility required to challenge architects and senior specialists.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain software development strategy, standards and practices for the area.
• Lead, coach and set expectations for Senior Development Leads and teams; address debt, vulnerabilities and lifecycle risks.
• Establish and assure effective development practices covering design, testing, security, CI/CD, observability and production support.
• Act as escalation point for complex technical problems; collaborate with teams to inspect code and validate solutions.
