Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. in Kraków is seeking a Senior Manager of Security Operations & Engineering to lead 24/7 security operations and drive modernization.

You will oversee the SOC Manager and Tier 3 Operations Engineering, piloting AI-driven detection, triage, and response capabilities while ensuring compliance and reliability. You will coordinate across Security Architecture, Risk, Compliance, Engineering, and Data teams, define KPIs, and manage vendors and budgets for scalable security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, Security Engineering, or Cyber Defense with leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading 24/7 SOC environments and overseeing both security analysts and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Security Operations and Security Engineering teams for 24/7 monitoring and incident response.
• Own SOC strategy, performance, staffing, processes, and service delivery metrics.
• Oversee SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, threat intel, vulnerability management, and related monitoring platforms.
