As head of the team you will have direct exposure to the CHRO, CEO and the Board, with responsibility for Remuneration Committee materials and advice on all matters related to executive pay, incentive design, and compensation governance.

What You’ll Deliver

  • Prepare RemCo materials and lead on all aspects of executive compensation, reporting, and governance.
  • Design and manage short-term (STI) and long-term incentive (LTI) programmes aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of two reward specialists in Warsaw.
  • Provide strategic direction, recommendations of new solutions, continuous improvements and hands-on support for key projects, including EU pay transparency compliance
  • Run a full-fledged rewards function with a seamless annual salary review, career framework equity, and up-to-date benchmarking to ensure competitiveness across markets.
  • Collaborate closely with our international board members, ensuring effective and culturally sensitive communication.

What You Bring

  • Solid experience in compensation and benefits, with deep knowledge of executive pay, LTI/STI design, and remuneration governance.
  • A love for precision, detail, and quality - you enjoy going deep into the work.
  • A genuine interest in supporting the team and helping them develop
  • Excellent spoken and written English; confident in preparing and presenting material for senior stakeholders and the board.
  • Strategic thinking skills; able to align reward initiatives with business objectives.
