Job summary

Ryanair Engineering seeks a Base Maintenance Manager (Lead) to oversee the delivery of base maintenance across a multi-site heavy maintenance network. The role reports to the Head of Heavy Maintenance and requires extensive experience in Part-145 operations and strong leadership across geographically dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in base/heavy maintenance within a Part-145 environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-site or distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of EASA Part-145 and MOE requirements.
• Track record of delivering operational performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Base Maintenance Managers across the network.
• Ensure maintenance is delivered and certified per MOE and Part-145.
• Oversee manpower planning and production delivery across sites.
• Drive safety, compliance, and workmanship standards.
• Coordinate with CAMO, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
