Main purpose of the position:

  • Generate business value from IT assets throughout their entire lifecycle to minimize risks of non-compliance, ensure cost efficiency, and secure compliant usage of assets.
  • Ensure that FlexeraOne application stack is implemented, configured, available to the best extent, and provides value for stakeholders.
  • Build a strong ITAM and FinOps culture across the organization by driving awareness, highlighting their value, and implementing effective processes and standards. Facilitate seamless collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

  • Define, implement, and execute the ITAM and FinOps strategy, policies, and procedures for ISS.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the software and hardware asset portfolio, avoiding compliance risks and identifying cost-saving opportunities at local and global levels.
  • Maintain and develop the FlexeraOne application stack in collaboration with Flexera.
  • Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with software licensing terms. Identify potential compliance gaps or risks.
  • Develop and implement license usage policies to ensure compliance and optimize license utilization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define policies aligning with business needs and industry standards.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for software and licenses.
  • Manage relations with internal stakeholders and communicate changes across the organization.
  • Negotiate with the IT Procurement department on global software and hardware agreements to ensure optimal contractual setups.
  • Coordinate with IT Finance to align ITAM processes with budgeting.

  • Internal teams and external suppliers
  • IT teams across the Group and countries for ITAM processes
  • Other IT teams such as Infrastructure, Architecture, Security, DevSecOps, and Cloud Operations
  • Relevant educational background and professional experience in IT Asset Management, especially with FlexeraOne
  • Knowledge of licensing rules from major IT suppliers like Microsoft, IBM, SAP, Oracle, VMware, Adobe, Autodesk
  • Experience managing vendor relationships for software licensing and hardware
