Head of Innovation & Digital Transformation – Energy

You will be part of the global business area Ramboll Energy and take a leading role as our Head of Innovation & Digital Transformation (IDT).
In this role, you will be driving digital transformation, scaling of digital solutions & products and Innovation in Ramboll Energy, across business areas.
You will lead and develop the dedicated global Innovation & Digital Transformation (IDT) team, and as a member of Energy Operations Leadership Team, you will report to the Energy Operations Director.
The role of the Head of IDT is to ensure compliance, digital transformation, digital adoption and automation, optimising and scaling digital solutions & products and innovation across Energy.
You will be expected to continuously develop the digital maturity and adoption in Energy, and help shaping the core business through digital delivery, automation, and selected partnerships to bring new services and products indirect or direct to our clients.
You will have a dotted reporting line to Ramboll Tech, a newly established function within Ramboll responsible for driving the global digital transformation agenda for Ramboll, including work on data, AI, digital products, and shaping the workforce of the future.
The Head of IDT, Energy is a key role providing process digitalisation, tools and products for design excellence, digital project and client delivery.
The key purpose is to enable and ensure that Energy has an efficient and cost optimised software portfolio and are at the forefront of digitalisation and innovation with regards to how we work and what we deliver, aligning with our sustainable goals.
The Head of IDT will play a key role in defining Energy’s digitalisation strategy across a widespread digital portfolio and business types and will be accountable for implementation and progress in close cooperation with Energy’s Global Spearheads and Service-Lines.
