Job summary

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Head of Infrastructure Security to lead the Infrastructure Security team in a high-load, international iGaming environment operating remotely across regulated markets.

You will define priorities, build scalable security processes, and guide security across cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and access management, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Security to embed security into every phase.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity with leadership of security teams.
• Strong background in infrastructure/cloud/platform security.
• Ability to translate goals into roadmaps, owners, and metrics.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for diverse audiences.
• English at upper-intermediate or higher.
• Russian at upper-intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Infrastructure Security team with clear ownership.
• Define the security strategy, roadmap, standards, and operating model.
• Prioritize initiatives based on risk, impact, and regulatory needs.
• Guide security across cloud, Kubernetes, endpoints, access management, and vulnerability mgmt.
• Build scalable risk prioritization and remediation processes.
• Partner with Eng, Product, Infrastructure, and Security to embed security early.
• Communicate risks and progress to technical teams and leadership.
