About Our Client
We are partnering with a leading company in the professional services sector to find an experienced Head of Global Marketing. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee a large 50 FTE+ marketing team across multiple regions, driving impactful business development and marketing initiatives. The scope of marketing team includes the following services: Pitch support, Content maintenance, CRM support, Events, Digital Marketing and Marketing Analysis.
Job Description
- Lead and manage a global marketing team of 50+, ensuring alignment with business goals and the delivery of exceptional services.
- Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring marketing efforts directly support business objectives and client needs.
- Oversee the execution of critical marketing services, including pitches, content management, events, digital marketing, and CRM.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize performance and implement continuous improvements across the team.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the marketing function, introducing innovative solutions to enhance client experiences and drive growth.
- Foster a collaborative work environment across various teams, ensuring seamless alignment of marketing initiatives with broader business strategies.
- Develop initiatives to implement and enable the company strategy for the marketing area.
- Manage relationships with global stakeholders
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior leadership, showcasing regular progress against goals, return on investment, and strategic insights
- Ensure high quality delivery of service requests in accordance with agreed SLAs and OLAs and define and establish performance metrics and targets for service quality.
The Successful Applicant
- A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in global marketing
- Background experience ideally within a B2B or professional services environment
- Proven success in managing large, diverse teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving skills, with a focus on measurable results.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, able to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- A results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and performance optimization.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing in the professional services industry, and the ability to deliver measurable results.
- Experience in international work environment
- Great English level - C1/C2
