Job summary

Elesta is seeking a strategic Head of Finance to lead the finance team and shape the company’s financial direction. You will oversee planning, reporting, risk management, and performance improvements while partnering with executives on growth initiatives.

In this senior role, you will manage a small team (3-4 people), drive budgeting and forecasting, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize financial controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting; professional certifications preferred.
• 8+ years in finance management with strategic leadership.
• Fluency in Russian and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance team (3-4 people).
• Formulate and execute financial strategies supporting growth objectives.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Conduct financial analysis to guide decisions.
• Monitor key metrics and industry trends for opportunities and risks.
• Implement financial controls and liaison with auditors, banks, and investors.
