Job summary

PPG is seeking an IT Manager in Wrocław, Poland, to lead the vision and architecture for cloud application deployment and management. You will oversee a team of fifteen DevOps engineers and establish best practices for CI/CD processes, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of four years of experience as a developer and/or DevOps engineer.
• Minimum of two years leading DevOps teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of fifteen DevOps engineers.
• Develop and implement DevOps strategies.
• Establish best practices for CI/CD and automation.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline operational tasks.
