Job summary

CXM is seeking an experienced Head of Analytics to establish and lead its analytics function from the ground up in Limassol. The role offers hybrid work in Cyprus or remote options, with broad ownership across CFDs, crypto, prop trading, and prediction markets.

You will define data strategy, implement attribution models, build the data ecosystem, and deliver real-time dashboards for senior leadership. A strong track record in analytics leadership and financial services is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a quantitative field; advanced degree advantageous.
• Experience building an analytics function from the ground up in financial services or fintech.
• Proven ability to design analytics architecture and select technology stacks.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the company’s first centralized analytics function.
• Define long-term analytics vision, roadmap, and operating model.
• Establish data governance standards, metric definitions, and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with executives to enable data-driven decisions and outcomes.
• Direct and mentor embedded analysts across functions.
• Design and implement end-to-end analytics stack and canonical data model.
