Luminator Technology Group, a global provider of transportation solutions, is seeking a Hardware Product Manager in Poland. The role focuses on driving launches, managing hardware/software product lines, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

You will develop pricing strategies, roadmap planning, and market analyses while collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or mathematical field.
• Proven ability to manage hardware product programs with hardware/software/services.
• Excellent planning, organizational and commute-management skills.

Hardware Product Manager

Waht you will do:

• Drive efforts with, and across, LTG teams including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and stakeholders to successfully launch product upgrades, new products and features
• Manage Product versions, updates, changes, deployments, and launches
• Coordinate internal and external global communications with regards to features, schedules, product capabilities, announcements, and releases
• Develop core positioning and messaging for assigned products
• Create product strategy outlining tiering, product differentiation and value proposition
• Conduct and collect market research to identify market trends
• Create business cases and market/product descriptions for new market and product opportunities then present cases to stakeholders for input and approval
• Review technical specification in RFIs/RFPs and provide input to Sales
• Develop product pricing strategy based on costs, market factors and competitive information
• Develop and communicate product unit forecasts to internal management and key partners
• Maintain a product and feature roadmap for LTG products, managing prioritization and capacity planning
• Maintain positive working relationships with key industry partners
• Work with Marketing Communications to develop documentation, sales tools and collateral
• Life cycle management of Hardware and Firmware products in the transit industry
• Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mathematics Experience in hardware product management for system level oAerings including software, hardware, and service preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for producing high-quality work, focusing on the customer's needs and established business objectives.
• Excellent project planning and organizational skills, experience in leading complex projects to successful outcomes preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to clearly communicate and work well in cross-functional teams; excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver presentations.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft OAice products, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Willingness to travel at an estimate of 20% minimum.
