About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented GTM Systems Administrator to own and optimize the tools and processes that power our go-to-market engine. Sitting at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on optimizing complex systems that drive team effectiveness and scalable growth.
What You'll Be Working On
GTM Systems Ownership & Administration:
- Own the customization and configuration of our GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, CommonRoom, and various other automation platforms to support business objectives
- Maximize the ROI of these tools by improving usability and functionality for the team
Proactive Optimization:
- Audit existing workflows and integrations to unlock new ways to scale outreach, automate insights, and drive performance
- Redesign processes to eliminate friction for sales and marketing teams
- Identify and implement process improvements across sales and marketing teams
- Automate repetitive tasks and unify tools to ensure seamless data flow and integration across our tech stack
Enable Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key metrics (close rates, ARR, pipeline health, outbound performance)
- Ensure data reliability and consistency to support strategic decision-making
- Provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics that drive strategic decisions
- Maintain impeccable data hygiene across all systems
Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable, efficient system workflows
- Empower sales and marketing teams with data-driven tools and processes needed to meet or exceed their goals
- Act as the operational bridge between sales and marketing, aligning goals, data, and reporting
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in revenue/sales operations, preferably at high-growth startups
- Expert-level Salesforce administration skills (certification strongly preferred)
- Experience with GTM tools and systems including marketing automation platforms (HubSpot a plus), sales tools (Outreach, Gong, etc.), and general SaaS metrics
- Data analysis skills with experience building dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Familiarity with creating custom solutions and revenue operations best practices
Bonus Points
- Interest in cybersecurity
- Knowledge of email deliverability, and domain reputation management
Salary range: The target base salary range for this position is between $93,500 to $110,000 for candidates in the United States. Starting salary will vary based on job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Leveling will be determined during the interview process. You may also be offered a bonus, stock options, and benefits. These salary ranges are subject to change, and we encourage candidates outside of this salary range to apply.
