GTM Growth Lead, CEE, GTM Practice, Google Cloud

Google Cloud is seeking a GTM Growth Lead for the CEE region. The successful candidate will support the sub-regional Business Leader in the application of the go-to-market plan portfolio to that specific geography.

The Google Cloud Platform team helps customers transform and build what's next for their business — all with technology built in the cloud. Our products are developed for security, reliability and scalability, running the full stack from infrastructure to applications to devices and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Foster a growing community, facilitating skill sharing and best practice dissemination among field teams, partners, and go-to-market stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Managing Director (MD) Practice GTM and Regional Practice Leads on refinements to GTM plan and strategy with the relevant insights from the sub-regional performance.
• Responsible for the sub-regional execution of the GTM plans for all plays, as defined by the Global Practice Leads.
• Engage with the measurement and analysis of the cross product portfolio performance to identify and capitalize on opportunities for driving business growth in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience selling cloud products.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
• Ability to deliver a professional business and technical pitch to the C-Suite and board levels, with excellent presentation skills.
