How you create impact

• Supporting the Hungary HR Team with various Administrative and System related tasks, filing employees’ documentation, reporting from systems and consolidating different ad hoc tasks


• Responsible for document management, maintaining good data quality in HR systems and managing different HR platforms ( Welcome@KN, Sharepoint, Learning@KN, PDM, as a local payroll system Ease++)


• Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential due to internal HR Data Policy


• Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes, storing sensitive personal documentation, data verification responsibility


• Assist with day to day HR Operations with consistent communication with the HR local team and employees

What we would like you to bring

• Fluent English language – both written and spoken, with good communication skills


• Organisational skills, precise and highly focused on the quality of your output, able to meet deadlines, detail oriented


• Hungarian is a plus


• Experienced user of MS Office – Excel


• Professional, proactive, analytical skills
