We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Marketer to automate and scale our outbound GTM for the UK & US.
Remote work from Poland is possible.
Requirements
- B2B Outbound and ABM experience (SaaS/IT services/consulting) with real results
- Confident with LinkedIn Ads
- Confident with Email-sequences in any tool
- Experienced in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (campaigns, landings)
- Comfortable with Clay (or similar) for enrichment/segmentation
- Data-driven: test, learn fast, scale
- Success metrics:
- SQL-quality meetings and pipeline generated
- MQL→SQL and reply→meeting conversion
- Time-to-learn per experiment; % plays that reach scale
Responsibilities
- Work closely with GTM Lead
- Run existing hypotheses and ICPs into automated and scalable outbound & ABM plays (LinkedIn + email + retargeting, etc)
- Create ads, landing pages, marketing assets that convert
- Set up automation workflow mostly in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; report learnings weekly
- Use Clay for enriching and segmentation of leads base
