Job Description

We’re seeking a Growth Manager to translate people training and development strategies into business impact. You will own the end-to-end outbound sales cycle and play a key role in our enterprise go-to-market strategy.

Scope of Responsibility
  • Manage a list of named accounts, researching and preparing them for outreach.
  • Proactively reach out and nurture accounts with marketing support.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles for new customer acquisition in Poland.
  • Understand customer problems and sell tailored solutions.
  • Enhance sales strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for HCM Deck.
  • Provide valuable insights to inform internal decisions and product development.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Polish (C1) and English (B2+).
  • Over 3 years of sales experience managing complex enterprise processes.
  • Experience with MEDDIC, SPIN, Value Selling, or similar frameworks.
  • Problem-solving, adaptability, and quick growth mindset.
  • Proactive, motivated, well-organized, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills.
