Fundraise Up, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Online Donations to define the long-term direction of the product line and to run a team of 2–4 Product Managers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Management.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring Product Managers, including performance reviews.
• End-to-end ownership of products with measurable results.
• Excellent specification writing for multi-team scope.
• Hands-on discovery: customer interviews, market/competitor analysis.
• Experience building long-term strategy and roadmap across related products.
• Ability to drive cross-team initiatives without formal authority, incl. GTM launches.
• Experience setting up and improving team processes and rituals.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-informed decisions.
• Clear written and verbal communication with engineers, designers, and leadership.
• Languages: Fluent Russian and English at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Own the long‑term strategic roadmap for Online Donations in collaboration with PMs and executives.
• End-to-end ownership: discovery, specs, delivery, and metrics (conversion, adoption, GPV, reliability).
• Write cross‑team specifications, define scope, dependencies, sequencing and risks.
• Step in for other PMs during vacations or launches to maintain quality.
• Coach 2–4 PMs through 1:1s, reviews, growth plans, and onboarding.
• Build a continuous discovery culture with nonprofits and donors, conduct market analysis, tie roadmap to evidence.
• Own team operating rhythm (planning, reviews, demos, retros) to improve predictability.
• Align PM work with Engineering, Design, Analytics and GTM teams for launches and enablement.
• Use AI tools in research, synthesis, specs, and communication to enable teams.
