Slate is seeking a Group Leader to oversee daily assembly operations and lead a team of Team Leaders and Team Members. You will drive production on Trim, Chassis, and Final Line, ensuring on-time quality output while fostering accountability and a safety-first culture.
You will collaborate with planning, logistics, and engineering to remove bottlenecks, promote continuous improvement, and manage staffing with a focus on lean practices and cost efficiency.

The Group Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily aspects of assembly operations within the general assembly department. This role ensures efficient production processes, adherence to quality standards, ensuring safety of product and safety of workplace, and continuous improvement in quality, safety, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. The group leader will lead a team of Team Leaders and Team Members to meet daily production targets while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

The compensation for this position is the range Slate reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; work location; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
