Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a senior consultant to lead end-to-end enterprise implementations for a high-end hedge fund client in Warsaw. You will own system design, configuration, and rollout strategy while coordinating with global teams to drive rapid value for the client.

The role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with data migration and API integrations to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing enterprise clients.
• Experience with Greenhouse platform.
• Consulting experience with globally distributed teams.
• Strong project/timeline management.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts.
• SaaS configuration/rollout experience.
• Familiarity with data migration & API integrations.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise/mid-market implementations end-to-end.
• Own system design, configuration, training, rollout strategy.
• Track timelines to ensure fast time-to-value.
• Partner with tech teams on data migration & integrations.
• Become subject-matter expert across Greenhouse platform.
• Advocate for client needs to internal teams.
• Communicate across all stakeholder levels.
