About The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Game Designer to work closely with our Game Producer on the gamification track of our EdTech platform (Cognitive Development). This role focuses on expanding our portfolio of simple, highly engaging mini-games, quizzes, brain-training challenges, and test-like interactions.

Your main responsibility will be to design and produce these games with the Game Producer. The Producer defines the mechanics (rules, flow, retention loops); you translate them into playable, smooth, and visually delightful mini-games using Framer Motion and other tools. Success is measured by both visual quality and its impact on user retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Game Portfolio Expansion: Design and produce a high volume of simple but engaging mini-games in collaboration with the Game Producer.
  • Game Layouts: Create clean, intuitive layouts for games with a focus on simplicity and user engagement.
  • Motion & Animation: Build smooth transitions, micro-interactions, and game flows using Framer Motion.
  • Graphic Design: Deliver polished visuals, icons, and assets for brain-training mini-games.
  • AI Tools: Use AI design tools to accelerate production while maintaining quality.
  • Consistency & Quality: Ensure all games meet a high visual and usability standard.
  • Collaboration: Work directly with the Game Producer to translate game mechanics into playable, visually polished experiences.
Qualifications
  • Strong portfolio of digital product/game design (preferably mobile-first).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and After Effects (or similar tools).
  • Experience designing interactive or game-like interfaces.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and user-centered design.
  • Ability to deliver quick, high-quality work in a high-pressure environment.
Nice to have
  • Experience with casual/mobile games or gamification.
  • Motion design & micro-interactions expertise.
  • Understanding of retention/engagement-focused design.
  • Experience in EdTech or mobile-first consumer products.
