About The Role

Design at Revolut is all about balancing that sense of creativity with a deep attention to detail. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to drive processes and projects from discovery to delivery. Your design decisions will be powered by a profound understanding of potential talent in the industry. You'll use your sharp eye for strategy to contribute to the team — and the company — to look for ways to scale to even greater heights.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Delivering creative visual assets, focusing on static and motion design, for internal communications and customer‑facing channels owned by the Employer Branding team
  • Conceptualising and developing content for various marketing campaigns and internal projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver optimal design solutions for projects
  • Gathering design references, creating mood boards, and effectively communicating ideas to stakeholders
  • Taking ownership of projects, from concept through completion, managing multiple deadlines
  • Supporting the development of communication strategies for employer brand campaigns
  • Thinking creatively to pitch forward‑thinking ideas to reach and engage with potential candidates
What You’ll Need
  • 2+ years of experience as a visual, brand, and/or graphic designer
  • A solid portfolio showcasing a range of design and illustration styles and techniques
  • The ability to work with 3D assets created by illustrators or create compositions independently
  • Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to produce high‑quality work
  • Great conceptual thinking and communication skills
  • Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud apps and Figma
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines for concurrent projects
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with 3D design
  • Experience with motion and animation, specifically After Effects
  • Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing
