Job summary

Assembly Digital Commerce (ADC) is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create visuals for global clients. You will collaborate with UX, creative and tech teams to deliver high-quality graphics and visual content across e-commerce projects.

Candidates should have a robust portfolio, strong English skills, and be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and After Effects; Sketch is a plus. Hybrid work in Warsaw or Poznań is offered with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience creating graphic materials with a portfolio.
• Willingness to collaborate with UX, creative and technology teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and After Effects; Sketch is a plus.
• Ability to work in an international environment with English proficiency at B2/C1.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics, drawings and visualizations for e-commerce and digital projects.
• Actively participate in creative work and collaborate with the project team.
• Advise on the quality of graphic work performed by others.
• Ensure quality of completed projects and report progress regularly.
• Attend internal training sessions and contribute to team development.

Responsibilities

• Creating graphic designs, drawings, and visualizations for e-commerce and digital projects for local, regional, and global clients of Assembly
• Actively participating in creative work
• Close collaboration with the project team (creation, strategy, design, client service)
• Consultation and advice regarding the quality of graphic projects carried out by other team members and freelancers for clients
• Ensuring the quality of executed projects
• Regularly reporting the status of ongoing projects
• Participation in internal training sessions

Requirements

• Experience in creating graphic materials and a portfolio showcasing your work
• Desire to develop in the e-commerce and digital design space in collaboration with UX, creative, and technology departments
• Proficiency in using Adobe software (Photoshop, FIGMA, Illustrator, After Effects) - knowledge of Sketch is a plus
• Willingness to work in a team, openness to people
• Proficiency in the English language at the level necessary for working in an international environment (at least B2/C1)
• Eagerness to work on exciting projects in a dynamic, ambitious, and professional agency
