Qualifications

• Active student status and available to work at least 30 hours per week in a hybrid mode from the Warsaw office.
• Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects a bonus) and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of typography, layout, and visual communication.
• A portfolio showcasing flexible design skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate ideas effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create visually stunning graphics for digital platforms and print (websites, emails, reports, training materials).
• Produce assets that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Design presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with local and international teams on assignments.
• Collaborate with senior creatives to deliver high level design outputs.
• Continuously learn and improve design skills.
