Job summary

Bending Spoons is hiring for a Customer Support role across Europe, including Warsaw. You will contribute to day-to-day operations and long-term projects aimed at delivering fast, accurate responses at scale.

You will build and refine support processes, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and leverage data and AI to monitor performance and drive improvements. Strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Improve customer support operations with projects, including onboarding external providers and reorganizing support.
• Build scalable support systems: help centers, chatbots, automated flows, and AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify issues and drive product improvements from support insights.
• Shape support for newly acquired products by aligning operations, tools, and processes for better customer service.
• Use data and AI to measure performance and quantify impact of changes.
