Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking Graduate Product Designers to shape end‑to‑end experiences and design products customers love. You will partner with cross‑functional teams, research user needs, and create wireframes and prototypes that solve problems creatively.

This 12‑month programme offers structured training and hands‑on experience, with potential promotion during or after the programme. You’ll join a global fintech, relocate if needed, and work in a hybrid setup with several days in the office where

Qualifications

• Degree in design or a similar field.
• Predicted or achieved 2:1 in degree.
• Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
• Fluent in English and strong communication.
• Comfortable working in a diverse, dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define customer and business problems.
• Research user needs and share insights to guide design decisions.
• Design end‑to‑end flows, wireframes, and prototypes that solve problems simply and elegantly.
• Run customer testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement solutions.
• Review product performance after release and identify opportunities for improvement.

Join us from anywhere

The Graduate Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply). You’ll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Need

• To have graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
• A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade)
• A degree in design or a similar field
• A proactive attitude and love for problem‑solving
• Fluency in English
• The ability to learn quickly with an ambitious and results‑driven mindset
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• To be comfortable working as part of a diverse team in a dynamic environment
• Full‑time availability from early or late 2027
• The ability to attend a Revolut office in your country of employment at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role)

Nice to have

• Fluency in other languages
• Experience as an entrepreneur or working in a startup
