Amazon Poznan is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team on site to keep pace with demand across shifts. You’ll drive safety, productivity, and operational excellence in a hands-on role that values collaboration and continuous improvement.

You’ll analyse performance, implement corrective actions, support and lead a team, and work with other managers to standardise shift processes while focusing on quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• Completed University degree before the start date or within the last 24 months.
• Fluent in English and local language, written and verbal.
• Experience in data analysis.
