Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a PPC Team Lead to scale paid acquisition across global markets. You will lead a high-performing team, shape PPC strategy, and turn data and experiments into measurable growth using Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and other channels.

You’ll combine people leadership with strategic ownership, driving execution, and leveraging AI tools to optimize performance and productivity across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing.
• 2+ years leading people or a performance marketing function.
• Strong PPC knowledge: Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Microsoft Ads.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the PPC team with clear priorities and ownership.
• Shape and evolve our PPC strategy across Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and other channels.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities through campaign performance, market insights, experimentation, and new capabilities.
• Turn complex performance data into decisions and actionable plans for the team.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Country Managers, and other teams to align priorities with product and market goals.
• Raise the bar for PPC execution by improving testing, learning, and scaling successful approaches across markets.

Join Hostinger's PPC team and help scale paid acquisition into a sustainable growth engine across our global markets. As a PPC Team Lead, you'll lead and develop a high-performing team while shaping how we approach paid advertising across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and other PPC channels.

You'll combine people leadership with strategic ownership, setting direction, raising the bar for execution, and helping the team turn data, experimentation, and new technologies into measurable business growth.

Your day-to-day

• Lead, mentor, and develop the PPC team, creating clarity around priorities, ownership, and performance while helping team members grow.

• Shape and evolve our PPC strategy across Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant channels, identifying where we can scale efficiently.

• Proactively identify growth opportunities through campaign performance, market insights, experimentation, and emerging advertising capabilities.

• Turn complex performance data into decisions, challenging assumptions and translating insights into clear actions for the team.

• Partner with Product Marketing Managers, Country Managers, Performance Creatives Team and other Marketing teams to align paid acquisition priorities with product and market growth goals.

• Raise the bar for PPC execution by improving how we test, learn, share insights, and scale successful approaches across markets.

• Explore and implement AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Claude and n8n to improve workflows, decision-making, and team efficiency.

What will help you succeed

• 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, including at least 2 years leading people or a performance marketing function.

• Deep hands-on understanding of PPC, particularly Google Ads, as well as YouTube Ads, Microsoft Ads, and how different paid channels contribute to a broader growth strategy.

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex performance data into clear priorities and business decisions.

• Proven ability to lead and develop people, set high standards, and create accountability without relying on constant direction.

• A growth and experimentation mindset - you're comfortable challenging existing approaches, testing new ideas, and learning quickly from results.

• Skilled in using AI and automation tools to optimize marketing performance and productivity.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; you can simplify complex ideas and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
