Job summary

WPP Media w Krakowie poszukuje Senior Paid Social Media Specialist (Planning, Client Amazon) do Global Operations Centre w Polsce. Do Twoich zadań należeć będzie przygotowywanie strategii touchpointów, planów mediowych, przekazywanie wytycznych i nadzór nad wdrożeniem kampanii, a także raportowanie i optymalizację.

Wymagania: płynny angielski, 3+ lata doświadczenia w planowaniu kampanii Meta Ads, umiejętności analityczne i zaawansowana obsługa Excela i Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Płynna znajomość języka angielskiego.
• Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w planowaniu i zarządzaniu kampaniami Meta Ads.
• Silne umiejętności analityczne i zdolność analizy danych.
• Umiejętność przetwarzania surowych danych i formułowania rekomendacji.

Responsibilities

• Aktywne uczestnictwo w przygotowaniu strategii touchpointów i wniesienie wkładu.
• Przygotowywanie planu mediów zgodnie ze strategią (META, TikTok, Snapchat itp.).
• Przekazywanie specyfikacji materiałów i szablonu dostaw.
• Pełnienie roli punktu kontaktowego dla pilnych zapytań klientów wraz z menedżerem.
• Tworzenie konwencji nazywania i przygotowanie arkuszy traffickingu.
• Dostarczanie materiałów zespołowi i nadzorowanie prawidłowego wdrożenia kampanii.
• Przekazywanie raportów klientowi i udzielanie informacji zwrotnych w zakresie optymalizacji.
• W razie potrzeby wsparcie zespołu aktywacji podczas szczytów kampanii.

Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Poland, you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Media Specialist (Planning, Client Amazon), who will:

• Active involvement in touchpoint strategy preparation and providing input
• Media plan preparation aligned with the agreed strategy (META, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
• Sharing asset specifications and delivery template
• Acting as a point of contact for urgent client requests, together with the manager
• Generating naming conventions / preparing trafficking sheets for applicable touchpoints
• Delivering assets to the team, and overseeing proper campaign implementation
• Delivering reports to the client, and providing optimization feedback
• Support the activation team with campaign setup during peak periods, if needed.

Skills and Experience

• Fluency in English
• 3+ years experience in planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns (experience with other platforms is a bonus)
• Strong analytics skills and affinity for numbers
• Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing goals and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Eagerness to work directly from Poland
